AiNotes is designed to function entirely offline. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data. You are not required to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information (such as an email address or phone number) to use the Application.
All your notes, drawings, and documents are stored strictly and securely on your local device. We do not host any cloud servers, and we have absolutely no access to your content. If you uninstall the Application without backing up your data independently, your notes will be permanently deleted from your device.

We respect your privacy by omitting tracking software. AiNotes does not integrate any third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics or Firebase), advertising networks, or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not track your usage behavior, and we do not share any information with third parties.
Because our Application does not collect any personal data, it is safe for users of all ages, including children under the age of 13, and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar global regulations.
