These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and PRODSOFT PTE. LTD. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the AiNotes mobile application (the "Application").
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
AiNotes is a digital note-taking and document-scanning application designed to operate entirely locally on your device. Currently, the Application does not require account registration, and it functions without an internet connection for its core features.
The Application, including its source code, design, interface, and branding, is the exclusive property of PRODSOFT PTE. LTD. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use.
You retain full ownership and copyright of any notes, drawings, or documents you create or scan using the Application. Because the Application is entirely locally based, we do not have access to, nor do we claim any rights over, your User Content.
Because AiNotes stores all data locally on your device without communicating with our servers, you are solely responsible for backing up your notes. We are not responsible for any loss of data caused by device failure, accidental deletion, application uninstallation, or operating system updates.

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PRODSOFT PTE. LTD. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Application's reliability, accuracy, or compatibility with your specific device. We do not guarantee that the Application will be completely free of errors or bugs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRODSOFT PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or device malfunction arising from your use of the Application.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
